From Rockhampton to Mackay, take the Bruce Highway Marlborough, Sarina. The road is long, take advantage of the roads that will take you off to the superb beaches and the diverse and colorful landscapes.

I still had 103km to go before arriving in Mackay, and the weather was gloomy, it was difficult to pedal along in such weather, and on top of it all it was cold, but I couldn’t just stay where I was in mid-route.

I took a side road and I arrived at Road Beach, with the ocean far off, the tide out, very sad when the sun is basically absent.
