Found in New south Wales region of large lakes, to the north, a splendid region.
Rivers, lakes surrounded by national parks, and oyster parks, ideal for camping, fishing,
bike tours and hiking.
Forster is spread out, with beaches and any number of boat and sailing boat excursions available.

. On the main street you'Il find shops, arcades, and restarants with menus specializing in sea food.

 

I was very astonished to see "oyster parks" in Australia.
In Forster they raise and harvest the oyster called quite simply "oyster", which is smaller than what we are familiar with in France.
A different flavor which, accompanied by a Hunter Valley wine, is a real Epicurean delight.
I'm still savoring the memory of the meal as I update my travel journal.
